Possibly the boldest wine yet in the MSP series. We bravely chose an innovative and sustainable vessel: the Flexcube. It gave us a riper than usual Sauvignon Blanc, which unquestionably calls for food.

How it’s created

fermentation and 6 months maturation in stainless steel tank, followed by 6 months in a 1000 litre Flexcube, with French oak staves

On the nose

green apple, lime juice, green spices, smokiness, a hint of tropical fruit

On the palate

lime juice, saltiness, fresh Provence herbs, mint, barrel spices and smoke, carambola in the finish
