Year Competition Result Date
2018 BORIGO White Wine Test (László Bálint) 88 points - “Inviting, with citrusy hints and minerality. A well-structured, interesting, easy-to-drink wine. It’s worth laying it down to age.” October 2019
2017 GUSTO (József Kling) “What sets Mérész’ 2017 wine apart from every previous Chardonnay experience is the masterful barrel use. […] The key word here is balance.” September 2019
2017 “A Művelt Alkoholista” Blog 6 points, excellent value for money - “Sándor Mérész might be the first winemaker in Hungary who has managed to solve the mystery of Chardonnay. […] I don’t think I have ever seen barrel treatment as excellent as this in a Hungarian white wine.” July 2018
