No, we did not go crazy during the lockdown, we had been preparing for a beach-themed event even before that. The best partner in this idea turned out to be Petra – TSCH Tischler from Budaörsi Halpiac, The Fishmonger with her wonderful ingredients.
Petra Tischler’s ars poetica is that gastronomy is the most complex art form of all. It gets its beauty and uniqueness from affecting all our senses: sight and touch, taste and smell, and even hearing plays a role in experiencing the whole phenomenon. No other art form has an effect on all our senses to such an extent. Of course we perfectly agree, so we asked her to create dishes to match our wines which will be a real adventure for you after spending all this time in quarantine.
You can choose between a cold and a hot option on our menu.

Dish for 1 person: HUF 4000, dish for two persons: HUF 7500.
Pláne Frizzante White: királyleányka blended with szürkebarát (pinot gris) and a touch of zenit just for an even nicer posture. Or if you would go with something pink, Pláne Frizzante Rosé should be your drink of choice: a blend of pinot noir, kékfrankos and zweigelt.
Both are young and refreshing with nice little bubbles.
Our hot dish is trout fillet with beluga lentil and salad. HUF 5500 / person.
Our bar manager, Kitty Borsos recommends our wines that match the food in aromas and flavours. She is also happy to help you on site experimenting with how different wines affect the characteristics of certain food.

You don’t have to worry about safety, the purpose of the reservation is just to grant you a suitably airy and open space. Our staff works in accordance with all mandatory regulations and recommended precautions. Adhering to proper physical distancing is extremely important to prevent the spread of the virus. Due to keeping the prescribed distance of at least one and a half meters between each person we reduced the number of seats accordingly. Maximum 4 persons per table is recommended and please, if you are able always wear a mask when in public.
